Having these items with you at the time you make application for a mortgage loan with Fairway will speed up the process.
 

• Copy of most recent pay stubs -- 30 Day Period
  
  
• W-2 Forms for the past 2 years
   
• Copy of last 2 months complete bank statements for all accounts (i.e. checking, savings, mutual funds, CD’s, 401K’s, etc…)
   
  
• Name, address and phone number of landlord, if applicable
   
• Name, address, phone numbers and fax Numbers for all current and previous employers for the past 2 years
  
  
• Information on all real estate owned and existing mortgages
  
  
• Divorce decrees/separation agreement, if applicable
  
  
• Proof of child support for the past 12 months, if applicable
  
  
• Bankruptcy papers, if applicable
  Copy of bankruptcy discharge
  List of creditors
  Statement of financial affairs
  
  
• 12 month leases or rental agreements on investment properties, if applicable
  
  
• Social Security Award Letters, if applicable
  
  
• Self-employed, commissioned or owner of rental property
  Past 2 years federal income tax returns
