I just wanted to tell you how much I appreciated the email updates on this loan. That is a fantastic service! This saves me from wondering what is going on with a particular loan. It also saves you ,and Tammy, from answering a bunch of distracting phone calls.

I am a new agent, so I don't know how many other mortgage companies do this, but yours is the first one I have seen.
