Brian has been one of Akron's top producing Mortgage Loan Officers since 1985
and affiliated with Fairway since 1999. He enjoys
working for Fairway because he is able to offer loan
programs from more than 100 banks. This variety
allows him to provide his clients with mortgage
financing that is perfect for their individual needs.
Personally walking you through the entire loan process
from application through closing is only one of many
services he provides his clients. For Brian, his
relationship with his clients doesn't end when the loan
closes. Keeping and strengthening client
relationships continues to contribute to his success.

Brian, a native of Cuyahoga Falls, graduated from the
University of Akron in 1984 with a B.S. Business
Administration/Finance. During his free
time, Brian enjoys jogging and skiing with his wife.
Mark graduated from the University of Akron
with a B.S. Business Administration / Marketing. Not long after graduation, he
realized an expertise in lending.
Mark built his business by providing exceptional customer service to his
clients and realtors. He lives by the motto "If you call...I answer."
Along with his belief in quality customer service, Mark believes in
educating his clients on the differences between FHA, VA and Conventional
financing and makes the effort to ensure they understand all aspects. Since he began originating mortgage loans in 1994, Mark has consistently
been a top loan originator in Summit County.
Spending time with his young son is important to Mark. Developing a
shared interest in sports is just one way he does this. In his hours
out of the office, Mark coaches baseball and basketball. He and his
son are avid fans of the Cleveland sports pro sports teams--Indians, Browns
and Cavaliers. Attending as
many games as they are able and watching the rest on TV keeps them
"fanatics".
John has been advising his clients in the
area of Mortgage Lending since 1997. He is
continually adding value to his clients' lives by helping them to understand that
their mortgage is not just a necessary evil, but instead, a
critical component of their financial plan. As the mortgage
industry continues to become more complicated with thousands of
new loan programs, John's clients rely on him for sound financial
advice.
After obtaining his Undergraduate degree from the University of
Akron in Personal Financial Services, John worked with one the countries
largest financial institutions and received recognition as one of the
companies top producing managers. Currently in his role as a Mortgage Loan
Consultant, he finds great satisfaction in serving his clients with advice
that truly makes a difference in their lives. John enjoys spending time
with his family and serving on several community boards when he is away from
the office.
Since 2000, John has
been part of the Fairway
team. As a mortgage consultant with more than ten years
experience, he works with a variety of banks and investors to provide
the most suitable loan program to meet his clients’ individual needs.
John graduated with a finance
degree from the College
of Business Administration at Kent State University. For five years, John was an insurance
specialist and investment advisor.
Spending as much time as possible
outdoors hiking, fishing, hunting and
golfing is what John and his family enjoy most.

Mike has spent the last 7 of his 9 years in finance in the
mortgage industry. He graduated in 1994 from the University of Akron
with a Bachelor of Science in Biology/Microbiology. During the
summer months, he enjoys camping with his wife and two wonderful sons who
especially like fishing with Dad. An avid fan himself, Mike's
young sons
