At the Annual Meeting and Tenth Anniversary Celebration, held in May in Madison, WI,
our office was recognized as a top national branch by our parent company,
Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation of Sun Prairie, WI.
The Thomas brothers, Brian and Mark, along with several other of our Loan
Officers joined more than 250 people from across the country to celebrate Fairway's Tenth Anniversary milestone. Prominent guest speakers at the May event included Barry Habib, CEO of Mortgage Market Guide; Steve Probst, founder and president of LO Biz Plan, Inc.; and CTX Mortgage consultant Sue Woodard.
Fairway is the nation’s fourth largest mortgage broker firm working with more than 300 lenders in the residential mortgage finance industry. Fairway has ranked in Broker Magazine's Top 10 firms in terms of mortgage volume for the past two years.
In 2005, Fairway reported lending volumes of $1.6 billion. The Fairway Stow office did lending volumes of $55 million in 2005, with Brian and Mark second and third respectively in number of loans closed for the corporation.
Our team is working hard in 2006 to exceed last year's achievements by continuing to provide quality service.
